Check out this year's Valley-Edinburg bus shuttle departures and pick up times for the 2026-2027 school year! Our daily morning shuttles will leave Hoople at 8:05AM, Crystal at 7:45AM, and Edinburg at 7:35AM. Our shuttles' final drop off time for each school is 4PM in Hoople, 3:20PM in Crystal, and 3:50PM in Edinburg. If you are on a rural route, your bus driver should be contacting you this week for your child's specific pick up and drop off times for the school year. Thanks! 🚌🌞🚌

The 2026-2027 school bus registration seemed to miss some families this spring, so we are going to send it out again. Let us know if your student is riding the bus this year! Please complete the linked registration to provide the name(s) of your student(s), your physical address, and when they plan to ride. If your student ONLY rides the shuttle, you do not need to complete this form. This is only for rural routes. Thanks!
Our bus drivers are meeting next Wednesday, August 12, to review bus routes. Your student's bus driver will be contacting each family after this meeting to finalize pick up and drop off times for the school year. Valley-Edinburg School District residents are reminded to vote in the upcoming Building Fund election on Tuesday, June 9.
The district currently levies 10 Building Fund mills. A "yes" vote would authorize the district to increase that authority to 20 mills, meaning an increase of 10 additional mills.
It is important to note that this vote provides the district with the authority to levy up to 20 mills. It does not require the district to levy the full amount each year. Future school boards will continue to determine the actual levy based on district needs.
Per ND Century Code, Building Fund dollars can only be used for facility improvements and major maintenance projects. Current and future needs across our three school buildings include:
🏫 Roof repairs and replacements
🏫 Window replacements for improved efficiency
🏫 Playground updates in Crystal and Hoople
🏫 Safety and security entrance improvements
🏫 Locker room renovations in Edinburg and Crystal
🏫 Flooring replacements and other facility upgrades

What a great night at Hoople Elementary for our Legendary Learners Kickoff Event! 📚🚲
