Our 2nd and 3rd grade students travelled to Grand Forks for the Full STEAM Ahead Camp hosted by the Grand Forks Children's Museum. They had a great day full of exploratory learning and hands on experiences!

Thank you to the Pembina/Walsh County Job Development Associations and Red River Regional Council for hosting Manufacturing Day for our 7th graders! We got to tour Woodside Industries in Cavalier and American Crystal Sugar in Drayton. What a great opportunity for our students!

We are so proud to have six Valley-Edinburg high schoolers attend UND's See Education in Action Summit on Tuesday! Each of these students aspires to join the teaching field one day, and UND did a great job of showing them what pursuing this degree in college looks like.

A message from PTO and VE Boosters
Please see flyer for information on our ESP Program for the upcoming school year which starts on Wednesday, August 23rd!
ESP will now be held in both Hoople and Crystal. PK-2 will be at the Hoople School and grades 3-8 will be at the Crystal School. ESP will run until 5:30 pm. Your child will need to be picked up at their school.
Martha Fedje, ESP Director, will in Hoople at our Back to School Night on Thursday, August 17th for questions/registration!
The bus to football practice in PR will leave Hoople at 7:05 and Edinburg at 7:25 Thursday and Friday this week. The remaining practice and transportation schedule will be posted and updated on the school district's Google practice calendar.
We're deep cleaning our locker rooms in Edinburg and have found the following student items. Please let us know by the end of this week if any item belongs to your student! Thanks!
We're doing our game concessions a little differently this year! 🌭🍕🥤Our home volleyball and basketball games are great opportunities for fundraising groups to serve concession foods and raise money. You set the menu, and our VE Boosters will donate a number of items to your group to serve as well! If your group is interested, contact Kierstin at 701-331-9861 for a full list of game dates.
