REQUEST FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Valley-Edinburg School District has desired maintenance to be completed on its Edinburg building school roof.

Interested parties shall submit a bid for the following items:

1.       Edinburg school roof drains

a.       Disconnect and remove all existing roof drains and storm piping and cap discharge piping

b.       Install new overflow drains and piping; storm and overflow piping; downspout nozzles and splash blocks

2.       Spray foam Edinburg roof

a.       Remove and take away roof rock

b.       Apply spray foam insulation on roof

Parties may bid on ALL or PART of listed facility projects. Any bids received after that date and time will be disqualified. Bids may be mailed or hand-delivered during regular office hours. When submitting bids, please indicate an estimated delivery date. The school board will accept or reject the bids at the September 9, 2025 regular board meeting at 7AM in the Crystal School.
